What is the ASDD Electors list and what it includes
The online list is called the “Absent / Shifted / Dead and Duplicate (ASDD) Electors list.” The ASDD list includes voter details such as name, EPIC number, relative information, and part number, along with the reason for exclusion under ASDD categories (absent, shifted, dead, or duplicate).
How many names were excluded
The ASDD categories cover 73.39 lakh excluded names in total. The exclusions include dead electors, electors who were absent or untraceable, and other entries placed under a residual group.
