MoU Overview
The Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (IITM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES) on June 18, 2026, to strengthen research collaboration on climate change.
Objectives of the MoU
The MoU aims to establish a Climate Observation Station at ARIES, Devasthal, enhancing the monitoring of meteorological parameters and climate-active trace gases.
