The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) released the findings of an Independent Drive Test (IDT) conducted in April 2026, to assess mobile network quality along the Hindupur to Hyderabad highway and the Hyderabad to Hindupur railway route.
The tests analyzed various Quality of Service (QoS) parameters for multiple Telecom Service Providers (TSPs) including Airtel, BSNL, RJIL, and VIL. Performance metrics assessed included Coverage, Call Drop Rates, and Data Throughput.
