Mission Karmayogi, the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB), was approved by the Government of India in September 2020 to transition from a “rule based” human resources system to a “role based” HR system and to develop civil servants with a global outlook rooted in Indian ethos. Under Mission Karmayogi, the iGOT Karmayogi digital platform has expanded across the Union and States/Union Territories and now includes AI-enabled learning features, course completion records, and language-access support.
