Now, road safety lessons await traffic violators in Delhi

What happened
Delhi Traffic Police have launched a month-long awareness drive called Traffic Pathshala. Under the drive, traffic violators are stopped at intersections and made to attend short road-safety counselling sessions before being allowed to continue.
The sessions use videos, charts, and discussion. Officials said the purpose is not only to impose fines but also to change driver behaviour and improve compliance with traffic rules.
