What happened (negotiations and stated follow-up timeline)
Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) said it will follow up within about four weeks on a five-point demand charter related to reforms in education and examinations. CJP made this follow-up promise after negotiations with Union Ministers Jitendra Singh and J.P. Nadda.
A third round of talks took place at the Constitution Club of India between CJP representatives and Union Ministers Jitendra Singh and J.P. Nadda. After the meeting, Union Minister J.P. Nadda stated that all CJP demands were accepted. Following that statement, CJP leader Saurav Das announced withdrawal of the agitation in good faith, stating that agreed terms would be implemented within the agreed time period.
A second meeting on a Friday is reported as the meeting in which CJP submitted the five-point education and examination reform charter to Union Ministers Jitendra Singh and J.P. Nadda.
