What happened
Dabur India reported that it obtained a legal stay from the Delhi High Court against an FSSAI prohibitory order concerning food products bearing a “100%” label. Dabur also said FSSAI had earlier asked the company to withdraw certain products bearing the “100%” label in the same week.
According to Dabur’s statement: FSSAI issued a prohibitory order dated 3 August 2026.On 7 August 2026, the Delhi High Court granted a stay against that prohibitory order.Dabur said it will communicate any further updates to stock exchanges in due course.
