What happened
A Delhi Police constable, Manish Bhati, who was accused of shooting his wife Priyanka with his service pistol in east Delhi’s Vinod Nagar, was found dead in a park in Mayur Vihar on Tuesday evening. Police believe the death may have been a suicide. The body was sent for post-mortem.

Priyanka’s family alleged dowry harassment and said she had earlier approached the women’s cell. Police said the matter was reportedly settled earlier. CCTV footage reportedly showed the couple arguing near Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital before the shooting.
