What happened (Annexure-IV data under PMKVY 4.0)
The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship released Annexure-IV containing AI job role-wise skilling data under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) 4.0. The annexure reports stage-wise counts for AI and AI&ML roles, including enrolled, trained/oriented, assessed, and certified candidates.
The annexure also provides overall totals (sum of all listed AI roles as reported in the annexure):

- 53,449 enrolled
- 39,104 trained/oriented
